2021-03-31 18:19:58 +0000 UTC View PostDiced π² When that skin wraps so tight around your muscles, all you see are veins and cutz. The result of consistent dieting, daily cardio and dedication. Iβll never say anything about bodybuilding is easy. And in fact for me, I donβt have the best genetics for it. So getting shredded required that extra bit of work. But always worth the work βοΈ

2021-03-21 20:17:57 +0000 UTC View PostThe proper bench press πͺπ» I get asked this all the time - should I touch the bar to my chest? NO! See my video for the proper speed as well as depth. Touching your chest puts your shoulder in a very compromising position and really doesnβt benefit your chest, ultimately asking for a possible tear. Every pec tear happens at the bottom of the motion. Stop 2 inches above your chest and power back up. Strong and Big. Without injury. ππ»

2021-03-18 20:30:54 +0000 UTC View PostCrazy calves! My calves are probably one of my most complemented body part. With calf training, the key is to put the calf muscle in a position that it is not used to being in on a daily basis. Remember your calves are worked all day every day, so you have to train them with a very specific purpose to see results. I built my calves over years of training, and now I'm fortunate enough to be able to train them not as frequently but still have good development. But this exact work out attached is one of my best workouts for calves. Unlock this post and give it a try! π₯
2021-03-17 04:19:36 +0000 UTC View PostThe Drop Set. Maybe one of the most painful rep ranges in the gym. π³ But so worth it! π₯ Build up to your heaviest weight and perform a good amount of reps like 10 to 12. π₯ After that set, lessen the weight and immediately perform another set with a few more reps. π₯ And again, until failure. π₯ This would be a triple drop set. Now, you can't perform a drop set for every exercise in your workout. If you were, you risk over training. They're just that hard. So only utilize this technique here and there and when you're properly warmed up and feeling good. Unlock the post to see me performing my chest drop set πͺπΌ

2021-03-14 20:30:29 +0000 UTC View PostSupplements π If you've been following me for a while, you'll know that I'm not a huge believer in supplements. I take what works, and I don't take what doesn't. I also am a believer in measuring your levels (vitamin d, iron, etc), to really see what you might be deficient in so you aren't spending money unnecessarily. Invest in quality protein powder, and any vitamins that you are in the most need of. You can definitely waste money on supplements with things that aren't really going to give you much benefit in the gym or in your health. My go to's - π₯ Protein powder (whey and plant as well) π₯ Fish oil π₯ Glutamine Have you seen my video on OF TV discussing my personal supplement routine?? I'll post here soon!

2021-03-09 04:03:59 +0000 UTC View PostGot veins? I get asked this a lot - how do I get CRAZY vascularity? πͺπΌ First off, you need to be lean. If you have layers of body fat over your veins, they won't show. Secondly. genetics. Yes, crazy veins can often be genetic. BUT, there are a few tricks. Carbohydrates, such as sugar, can help push veins and bring them to the surface a bit more. Good squeezes in the gym while you train can also help with veins, get them going and bring them to life. π₯ While veins are cool, they really are just that. Some people are more vascular than others, but that doesn't always mean their body is better or can perform better. The more you know!
