

Supplements 💊 If you've been following me for a while, you'll know that I'm not a huge believer in supplements. I take what works, and I don't take what doesn't. I also am a believer in measuring your levels (vitamin d, iron, etc), to really see what you might be deficient in so you aren't spending money unnecessarily. Invest in quality protein powder, and any vitamins that you are in the most need of. You can definitely waste money on supplements with things that aren't really going to give you much benefit in the gym or in your health.
