Been awhile since I made an update.
A little over 2 years ago. 290lb and my shape would best be described as round. A few set backs in that time but overall. Been pretty good

Today I finished at 232. I’ve been as low as 225 but my average over the last month has been 235.
My abs are still nowhere close to being seen but that’s ok. My progress everywhere else has been extraordinary. I posted alot of my supplements I take awhile back and modified that list some. So I might post what take now. Along with my typical diet during the week. But the key for me is maintaining a calorie deficit and i intermittent fast. Stop by 5 eating. And 5-7 I eat again. Mostly protein only. Very little carbs. That’s my system and by no means will it work for everyone. Just a preference. But it’s very clear that w calorie deficit helps you lose weight.

Tried a couple protein shakes yesterday beyond my usual diet. Guess they added more to my weight than I expected. Retained more water. But sweat it mostly off and got down to 230. My target weight for March. April will start slow though. My shoes are worn around the ankles and I got a blister on back of foot. Won’t do cardio a few days to get that healed. Resume on Monday hopefully. I’ll just hit weights harder next few days. And the sauna I use has been broke 3 weeks. New replace might be working Monday. So I can relax in there to sweat off lb instead of so much cardio.

Didn’t feel great last few days. Allergies. And ate more with Lighter workout days. So now I’m testing myself from not over snacking at home this weekend. And will try to at least do 2 hrs of cardio each day of weekend. The gym digital is a few lb high so I didn’t really lose 9lb

This is my current food and supplements i take during the week as part of my diet. You saw a typical meal at home in the steak and veggies. But the meat isn’t always prepared. It could also be chicken or pork. And sometimes I do a baked potato.
It’s all trial and error and it’s good to mix it up a little every 1-2 weeks but most of what I listed stays in rotation When I have it in the truck
Oh. And if I eat the tuna. I either eat it right out of the can or I cover it in honey and let it sit a minute before eating. The pouches don’t need anything. They taste good as they are. And they have a lot of other flavors. Those 4 were my favorites.

Watched the movie free guy during the cardio. 30 min sauna after. Dropped 7 lb. Going to try same system tomorrow and maybe get under my avg. depends on what I gain overnight too. Overall.
