




Feb 25th I had my first big cheat day last night. Pizza. Some candy, a chicken strip. Ended up 246 starting today. 😂. Hit cardio hard. Watched the movie free guy during the cardio. 30 min sauna after. Dropped 7 lb. Going to try same system tomorrow and maybe get under my avg. depends on what I gain overnight too. Overall. Great day at gym Want to finish the month strong
