




This is my current food and supplements i take during the week as part of my diet. You saw a typical meal at home in the steak and veggies. But the meat isn’t always prepared. It could also be chicken or pork. And sometimes I do a baked potato.
It’s all trial and error and it’s good to mix it up a little every 1-2 weeks but most of what I listed stays in rotation When I have it in the truck
Oh. And if I eat the tuna. I either eat it right out of the can or I cover it in honey and let it sit a minute before eating. The pouches don’t need anything. They taste good as they are. And they have a lot of other flavors. Those 4 were my favorites.
