The first video will be about the use of my different pumps and it will be followed up with a routine. The second will be in regards to the pictures you're seeing on this post. I won't release a routine for this for a while because I want to experiment with using the pump before I feel comfortable with releasing it to you all. But, I must say this is my third time using it and I don't know why I never bought one earlier. The third will be about how to properly clean and maintain your pumps. I do plan on using this powerful tool with the 5X Program and I will also be releasing a miniature 5X Program that you can easily follow by just using the Bathmate. That program will be more targeted towards new people but anyone at any stage can do it. One thing for sure, this two-stage pump might get me arrested, it looks like I'm walking around with a hard-on! O.o

2022-02-05 17:03:57 +0000 UTC View PostMy first impressions of the two-stage pump: Hey everyone, I finally got the new pump, and it's fucking exciting! I did a small routine, and I wanted to give you all my first impressions and what I plan to do with the pump. First off, a two-stage pump is designed to fit both your dick and balls in at the same time. The purpose of wanting to do this is far beyond wanting to expand your balls. But instead, it should, in theory, help increase the length as well. There's a ligament called the suspensory ligament, which surgeons operate on to increase length. Using the pump is straightforward. My only issue is that I might need something a little bigger because of the size of my balls. It's a little challenging to get them in there, but that's what baby oil is for. Three to four PSI seems to be my comfort level, and I don't feel that it's needed to go any higher for now. While the testicles can take a considerable amount of pressure, caution is always the best way to go. I did the same warm-up routine and kept the pump warm throughout the exercise. I don't know if you can tell, but my balls felt heavy when I got out of the pump. Now I don't recommend busting a nut after a PE session. But it impressed the misses enough where she demanded it. Long story short, I can't wait to see what I can accomplish with these new tools!

Update: I'm still waiting on my new pump handle before I start to dabble with my new PE tools. As an update on the 24th, I spilled hot grease on my foot, and it's been painful for the past week. I have an appointment with the burn unit tomorrow to see what steps I need to take. This is an "old" picture of the incident. Currently, my foot is swollen, and it has boils that are so big it's hard to wear shoes. I won't show you all that much because it's a bit hard to look at. But that's why there's been a lack of content, but the pain is way less, and hopefully, they will help me tomorrow.

2022-01-29 03:54:31 +0000 UTC View PostHere are the new tools for my PE journey! Once I find a new hanger the weights will be used to really strengthen my PC muscle and my erection hardness. The goal of the weights and hanger will not to hang for the purpose of length. But, I will use it by getting an erection and lifting the weights as if I'm performing a bicep curl. The extender is something I want to experiment with. Guys have asked me my thoughts on the use of one and I've seen a few concerning posts online of guys using them incorrectly. These posts include discoloration and bruising and so I wanted to experiment with it myself to study the proper way of using them. The pump is called a 'two stage pump' or a cock and balls pump. This pump is not only for grith but in theory it should also help with length the suspensory ligament which is what surgens lengthen in order to increase length. This pump will not only target the girth of my penis and testicles but it should pull on that ligament as well. I will make videos on how to use the devices but I do plan on using them in the 5X Program as well.

2022-01-16 21:10:01 +0000 UTC View PostBlog Update: Fixing My Hormone Levels. I finally got my testosterone test back and the results weren't what I expected. My phone will not allow me to screenshot the actual page that shows my results, so instead, I will tell you what they said. My testosterone came back at 506ng/dL and that's within a range of 220-1000. Sex Hormone Binding came back at 18nmo/L and that's a range of 11-80 Testosterone, Free came back at 142.6pg/mL and that a range of 47-244 Now when you look at those numbers it seems that I'm right in the middle and I could be considered within the normal range. But, that's the issue I've never been in the middle and I've always been in the higher ranges. One major thing we men have to contend with when it comes to sex is how fragile our penises are. I know where I went wrong. My schedule changed to later hours, I started staying up later, eating late at night, and not working out. My stresses about life increased and the foods I put in my mouth were trash. And my body and mind took a major hit especially when I found a way to make excuses for not working out. And when I knew something was wrong was when I no longer had the desire to have sex with my wife or jerk off. I will be honest PE became difficult. I knew I didn't hurt myself and yet it just felt like it suddenly stopped working for me. My dick simply didn't want to corporate. PE goes way beyond simply jelqing and pumping, your body has to be in the right state for you to fully reap the benefits. It's similar to working out, I use that analogy a lot because gaining muscle or losing weight takes time, dedication and it involves more than just going to the gym. If you eat like trash and you still go to the gym, you will feel like trash and your workouts and progress will suffer for it. The same was happening to me. The goal for me is to clear my mind, clean my body and get back on the horse. Shit, I'm trying to become as big as the horse! If you feel that your body isn't where it needs to be give Matcha and Ashwagandha tea a try. I was addicted to drinking Bangs for my energy and I feel that also messed me up. I got to the point I was drinking three a day and even before bed. Once I get sick and had suffered the withdrawals of them, if I drink half a can I'm up all night. The same thing goes for drinking alcohol, I started to drink more so that I could calm down to go to bed and my body suffered. One of the keys to success with PE is fixing the negative things you're doing to yourself. Drinking less, quitting smoking, eating better, and sleeping better. As men out bodies are very fragile hormonally speaking and simple things can throw you off balance. I will be returning to posting again especially since I'm feeling better and in a few months I will be posting my new Testosterone results to hopefully show an improvement.

I'm stepping aside and letting science fix this one. The whole thing about it being natural for your testosterone to crash as you age is bullshit.

But, it takes a little bit of deep thinking on this part because it will be the foundation of your routine. If your goals are girth-oriented, it will change the overall structure of the routine and the warm-up routine. 2. Warm-up and Stretching: Never skip out on the warm-up part of any routine. The best way to prevent injury is to stretch out the cold muscles and ligaments whenever you work out. And the same goes for PE. The warm-up will allow the tissue to remain soft, making it easier to manipulate when performing the routine. 3. Structuring the Routine: Putting the routine together requires four levels. A: Goal: Are you focusing on length, girth, or both? B: Warm-Up and Routine: No matter what type of PE you're doing, a warm-up has to be completed. C: Intermittent Rest Period: No matter what you're doing, whether it's pumping or jelqing, there has to be a small rest period in between sessions. This is no different from when you go to the gym and need to catch your breath. D: Consistency and Schedule: Setting a repeat schedule is the best way to make gains. Always remember to take a rest day in between. 1A: Girth: If your focus is on gaining girth, the type of routines you want to focus on expansion and restriction. Expansion counts for things such as using a pump. And in terms of restriction, things like clamping or uli-hold jelqs are something to consider. The restriction is used to build and keep the pressure inside of the chambers to force outward expansion. Length: If your focus is on length then stretching the tissue is the main focus of your routine. Simple routines such as jelqing, hanging, and directional jelqs /stretches are the best type of techniques. 2B: Warming up and staying warm throughout the routine is vital when performing PE. Combating cold tissue is how to can help prevent injury. Whenever your tissue is cold it causes restriction, and when you're trying to perform PE, you're literally fighting against your body and pushing it to expand. Never go into PE with cold tissue unless you're using a Bathmate, in which you should use hot water. A warm-up can be as simple as using a rag that has been soaked in hot water and wrapping it around your penis for four to five minutes. Directional stretches are also a good routine to take into account while warming up because it allows your penis to relax. And the expanded tissue is also able to warm itself. 3C: Intermittent Rest Periods: Taking small rest periods to warm your tissue again is vital. Even if you're pumping, you want to ensure that the tissue remains elastic and hot at all times. After each repetition staying warm with a hot rag will allow the tissue to remain soft and malleable. 4D: No matter how many years you've done PE, it's always advisable to take an off day. But maintaining a consistent schedule is key to your success as well. I recommend doing no more than twenty-five jelqs per set with a maximum of seventy-five jelqs throughout the whole routine for the first month. This will allow you to see how you adapt to your routine, and it will enable you to make any needed adjustments. Pumping should be done in five-minute intervals with a maximum of eight PSI. Hanging should also be done in small intervals of no more than five minutes because that stress from the hanging might require an adjustment period to get used to. A basic routine structure can go as follows: Warm-up x Directional stretches x (25 jelqs or pump 5 or hanging 5 min) x warm-up x (25 jelqs or pump 5 or hanging 5 min) etc. If you're looking to increase your overall size, you can experiment by mixing up what you're doing in the routine as I've done in my videos. Remember that doing too much will not make your results come faster, and it will have the opposite effect. Take your time. It's a marathon, not a sprint. NOTE: Apologies for the delay in the content. But, that might take many months to complete because I can't stop until I reach my goal of 8.5+ x 6.5+. And it requires a lot of time and documentation and testing. I mentioned making a video archive of routines and I still will be doing that. But, I want to give you all the tools you need in order to achieve your desires as well.
