But, once I get things back on track I will be buying a hanging device among other content-related stuff. I don't want you all to think I'm holding out on you. Right now my bank and I fighting a case where my gym took $800 for services I canceled months ago. So hopefully I can get that back because as you can see it fucked me. I will let you know when to expect that.

Even though I consider myself experienced with PE, I feel that it's best to allow the penile tissue to relax from the constant milking sensation that jelqing creates. Also, pumping is a great way to maintain flow, and it's an easier way to maintain gains even once you've reached your goals.

As the remaining amount of you know (I didn't expect to lose so many subs), I've been very sick with bronchitis for almost two weeks now. Now before I begin, I want to mention that I do believe in modern medicine. It's a fact that it's helped humans live longer and overcome a lot of diseases that were once detrimental to us. But, I like to take the herbal route when I feel that it is safe to do so, depending on the situation. First off, overall health is key to helping your body combat diseases and boost your recovery time. The vitamins you see are what I took in order to help my body as well as pro-biotics. Where I messed up was in my diet when I was sick. While the food I ate wasn't a bunch of burgers and fries, I did overdo it on carbs and sugars. The problem with that, besides the fact that if you don't burn the excess, you will retain water and fat. Now insulin itself is not a bad thing when it's at proper levels. But, the issues come when it's in excess. And besides gaining weight when it comes to PE, insulin can be a significant factor in erectile dysfunction when you become insulin resistant. And that's partly what happened with me. I've been on keto long enough to know when my insulin is too high. I started keto because I was showing signs about two years back of being pre-diabetic, and once I started it, I stuck to it. Not only did a significant amount of weight fall off, but overall I felt great. And horny as fuck. Now, I must admit that my eating wasn't as good as it should have been, and I knew better, which is why I blame myself for not losing more weight sooner. But I'm correcting that. Insulin helps to dilate vessels, and when you become resistant, they won't dilate like they're supposed to. Meaning that gaining an erection can be weak (mine), challenging to get, maintain or not happen at all. It's why it's also common for extreme bodybuilders to have erectile issues because their diet can at times consist of sixty percent of their calories being sourced from carbs and sugars to get their glucose intake. And that's where the ACV, ginger, and green tea come in, and my fasting period I'm currently doing and working out in a fasted state. The amount of weight and water weight I've put on is insane. And I will prove a good chunk of it is water weight when I get back into ketosis because it makes your body drop excess water. I wanted to give you all this update to say that I feel better. I fucked up, I set myself back, but let's get back on track.

One of my main concerns is how winded I get because I haven't had an asthma attack in over a decade. And I had one a few days ago.

But, for some reason I don't have any taste and my voice is gone or it goes in and out all the time. I already have a negative covid and flu test but I'm going to get another one done because the lack of taste all of a sudden is very strange. I'm not to worried but the fact that I a compromised immune system makes me want to keep an eye out. Once my energy and voice recovers I will be back on track but this bronchitis kicked my ass. I don't get sick much but when I do it's rough.

Now that I feel full-back at it in terms of the gym and mentally, I wanted to share everything about my weight progress, or should I say digress? I can't afford keto with all of the meat inflation, but that's no excuse not to lose weight. But I did the opposite and put on some weight, it could be water weight from eating carbs again, or I'm just a fat ass making excuses. Either way, it will come off! Even though I'm back on carbs, I included an example of the type of food I've been eating, last night's dinner. Today I did a combo of bent-over rows with kettlebell swings, and then I transitioned to cable cross-overs with cable twists. And I decreased the weight with each set.
