Blog Update: Fixing My Hormone Levels. I finally got my testosterone test back and the results weren't what I expected. My phone will not allow me to screenshot the actual page that shows my results, so instead, I will tell you what they said. My testosterone came back at 506ng/dL and that's within a range of 220-1000. Sex Hormone Binding came back at 18nmo/L and that's a range of 11-80 Testosterone, Free came back at 142.6pg/mL and that a range of 47-244 Now when you look at those numbers it seems that I'm right in the middle and I could be considered within the normal range. But, that's the issue I've never been in the middle and I've always been in the higher ranges. One major thing we men have to contend with when it comes to sex is how fragile our penises are. I know where I went wrong. My schedule changed to later hours, I started staying up later, eating late at night, and not working out. My stresses about life increased and the foods I put in my mouth were trash. And my body and mind took a major hit especially when I found a way to make excuses for not working out. And when I knew something was wrong was when I no longer had the desire to have sex with my wife or jerk off. I will be honest PE became difficult. I knew I didn't hurt myself and yet it just felt like it suddenly stopped working for me. My dick simply didn't want to corporate. PE goes way beyond simply jelqing and pumping, your body has to be in the right state for you to fully reap the benefits. It's similar to working out, I use that analogy a lot because gaining muscle or losing weight takes time, dedication and it involves more than just going to the gym. If you eat like trash and you still go to the gym, you will feel like trash and your workouts and progress will suffer for it. The same was happening to me. The goal for me is to clear my mind, clean my body and get back on the horse. Shit, I'm trying to become as big as the horse! If you feel that your body isn't where it needs to be give Matcha and Ashwagandha tea a try. I was addicted to drinking Bangs for my energy and I feel that also messed me up. I got to the point I was drinking three a day and even before bed. Once I get sick and had suffered the withdrawals of them, if I drink half a can I'm up all night. The same thing goes for drinking alcohol, I started to drink more so that I could calm down to go to bed and my body suffered. One of the keys to success with PE is fixing the negative things you're doing to yourself. Drinking less, quitting smoking, eating better, and sleeping better. As men out bodies are very fragile hormonally speaking and simple things can throw you off balance. I will be returning to posting again especially since I'm feeling better and in a few months I will be posting my new Testosterone results to hopefully show an improvement.
