To get the full benefits of this wide legged stretch, keep the kneecaps pointed towards to sky π€οΈ If this pose is too much, try bending the knees or easing up on the open angle of the legs. If you want a little more, try hinging at the hips and bending forward! It's important to keep the spine straight as you fold deeper into the stretch π
