We are less than 2 weeks out from December. For those of you who are new around here- every December, all month long- we fundraise for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. It’ll probably get a little annoying- but it’s for a good cause, and we try to crank out our best content of the year for it… so I think it’s worth sticking around.
Also on deck- I’ve got limited edition SB beanies being stitched up in 3 colors. 100% of the proceeds from the beanies will be donated to St. Jude. 100% of our annual XXXMAS 3some vid will be donated (you guys are gonna dig this year… *big* time). We’ll be doing live shows throughout the month and giving away some big boy prize$ …. Along with some other bonus content and surprises we’ve been cookin up….

I don’t like sharing this- but I’ve struggled with tobacco/nicotine since I was a kid. This is the longest I’ve gone without any form of nicotine in quite a while. and I gotta say- I’m starting to really *feel* the difference. I’m not looking for validation or anything- I just wanna share this for the folks that can relate. If you’re trying to quit. Or you know you should, but you just don’t really have the motivation right now… I gotta tell you- in my opinion, it’s worth this feeling. I can’t explain it, but it feels like my feet are on the ground more and more. Like literally, I just feel more grounded when I’m standing or walking. I don’t know if it’s my nerve endings responding better or maybe my capillaries opening up more… I don’t fuckin know… but I *know* it’s from not smoking and I *know* this feeling is worth the struggle it takes to not slip back into old, comfortable habits… I’ll *always* have those trigger moments. When I’m with the boys. When I’m having that coffee on a cool morning…. *Always.* But this feeling feels worth fighting through those moments… Anyway. That’s that. If you’re like me and you’re trying to quit an old, comfortable, not-so-good-for-you habit…. You got this. Don’t beat yourself up too bad. Let the anxiety run its course. It’s just your brain being brainy… it’ll get easier over time… And feel free to shoot me a message at 2am when the insomnia hits on day 3-4 and you’re thinking about saying fuck it and driving up to the corner store ;) …. I’ll probably be sleeping, but venting to a random fuck boy on the internet is better than giving in 💪 💪 and I’ll circle back with you in the morning to make sure you didn’t cave ;)

Several small reef sharks. One lost mahi. And one really, really big hammerhead. Clothes start coming off at about the 10 minute mark. We start getting tangled up at about the 25 minute mark. Gmorning and Happy Friday crew… Wrapping up boat video from this week. We put the kite up hoping to hook up on some sailfish- but the reef was chock full of sharks. We switched up our drift a few times, but they kept finding us. Battled it out with a 10 ft hammerhead and some other smaller reef sharks… We did hook up on a decent mahi, but he spit the baitt… It was still a treat to get out there after such a long stretch of rough seas… and I still got my protein shot, so it was a good day 😇

If you want a great 7-8 minute ab routine that will tear your abs up, it starts at the 8 minute mark on this video. There is no rest between sets (the planks are meant to be the rest, but it keeps your core engaged throughout). So break out your yoga mat and follow along with B if you’d like…
(Now, I know B is a freak of nature and can hit 15-20 reps without flinching, so don’t sweat it if you can’t keep his pace. Depending on your current core strength, you can shoot for 5-10 reps for each exercise, and work your way up if you want to make this a regular routine)
Here’s the rundown:
1) crunches
2) reverse crunches
3) planks + side planks (both sides)
4) V-ups
5) planks + side planks (both sides)
6) sit-ups
7) planks + side planks (both sides)
Don’t forget to *BREATHE*… visualize the air going into your lungs, delivering oxygen to your abs. Breathe in with the stretch, breathe out with the flex. In and out. In and out. Take your time. Focus your energy on your abs (meaning, try not to use the weight of your head or arms to gain momentum… Stay tight and centered and focus on using your abs to lift yourself)… if it gets difficult, that’s a good thing. It means you’re using parts of your body that you don’t normally engage…. Enjoy the sensations. Even if it’s a little painful, enjoy it…
And once you’re done with your workout, you can get off with us! Cumming after a workout releases extra endorphins and enhances recovery time… Science!
