*Headed back south tomorrow. Excited to see B and all the pups n cats n goats... My Iowa buds are coming down with me for the weekend. Gonna take them out fishing (returning the favor for letting me invade their 🦌 territory)… I’ll wrap up boat vid for yall when I get home tomorrow… Got another vid on deck after that. & then we are on the water next week- working on our special XXXmas vid… May or may not have found ourselves a bosun* 😏

The fur is still alive!!!
*Update- got the buck of a lifetime first day out. Rest of the Iowa crew did great too- a couple of other big bucks. Day 2 was a good hunt too. Freezer will be stocked nicely for the year. Got everything skinned and quartered already. Pelts donated to elks lodge (they make gloves and hats and such and the proceeds go to wounded veterans) - got drunkk as a skunk my first night here- You know how it is when u get the buddies together. Took it easy the last two nights. Today is the last day to hunt. Tomorrow and Wednesday we butcher & process everything before I fly back home with a cooler full of meat for me and my furry man ;)
Coldest day so far today. High of 24 today with high winds woo hoo 🥶…. Late start this morn, about to hit the road n get out there* 🤙

Alright- we tried the staged bent-over-the-bike thing. It was hot for about 5 minutes, then the UPS dude interrupted. Couldn’t get back in the groove after that. Couldn’t really get in the groove to begin with. Everything felt forcedd. Long story short, the whole plan went to shit…
Got kinda frustrated with ourselves- and each other- and we came THIS close to calling it a day… But then we stepped back a bit and laughed at ourselves. And some how or another, we ended up having one of those talks that I feel like everyone has to have once every blue moon. The kinda talk where you just spill all that uncomfortable, vulnerable shit you’ve been keeping to yourself. The kinda talk that you’ve been thinking about having but you put it off because you don’t wanna be “that guy” who brings up the nitty gritty shit.
Anyway, we had one of THOSE talks… and all the bullshit that’s been weighing us down for a while just melted away… and then we had the best sex. I mean The Best. I’m not sure if it’s gonna look the best on video. I’m not sure how the lighting is gonna turn out because I threw the cameras up so quick… But that’s the best part about it. I don’t give a fuck how it’s gonna look. For the first time in a while, there wasn’t a single thought going through my mind. Zip. Nada. Nothin! Nothin but those blue eyes lookin back at me and the feeling of us making each other cum simultaneously… and it didn’t hurt a bit.
Alright. I’m rambling. Still sex high. I got a point here I swear. The reason I wanted to (over)share this with y’all is because I think it’s really really REALLY important to open yourself up sometimes. U don’t gotta be a chronic over-sharer like me and broadcast your shit on the internet- but I think it’s really fucking important to talk your shit out sometimes. Whether it be with your partner or a sibling or the sweet old lady at the corner store- I think it’s really important to spill ur thoughts and your worries and your fears every now and then. I think that old saying about opening up before your thoughts eat you up from the inside or whatever that saying is— I think there’s actually something to it.
Anyway. That’s that. Been a while since I got mushy on y’all. Probably just B’s babies makin their way to my brain and stirring shit up.. alright. Gross thought. Y’all. The hammer felt so good.
