




Time for a little bit of transparency. Now that I feel full-back at it in terms of the gym and mentally, I wanted to share everything about my weight progress, or should I say digress? I can't afford keto with all of the meat inflation, but that's no excuse not to lose weight. But I did the opposite and put on some weight, it could be water weight from eating carbs again, or I'm just a fat ass making excuses. Either way, it will come off! Even though I'm back on carbs, I included an example of the type of food I've been eating, last night's dinner. Today I did a combo of bent-over rows with kettlebell swings, and then I transitioned to cable cross-overs with cable twists. And I decreased the weight with each set.
