

Let's Talk About: Insulin, Erectile Dysfunction, Weight Gain and Recovering from Being Sick. Blog: 12-1-21 Hey Kingz! As the remaining amount of you know (I didn't expect to lose so many subs), I've been very sick with bronchitis for almost two weeks now. Now before I begin, I want to mention that I do believe in modern medicine. It's a fact that it's helped humans live longer and overcome a lot of diseases that were once detrimental to us. But, I like to take the herbal route when I feel that it is safe to do so, depending on the situation. First off, overall health is key to helping your body combat diseases and boost your recovery time. The vitamins you see are what I took in order to help my body as well as pro-biotics. Where I messed up was in my diet when I was sick. While the food I ate wasn't a bunch of burgers and fries, I did overdo it on carbs and sugars. The problem with that, besides the fact that if you don't burn the excess, you will retain water and fat. Now insulin itself is not a bad thing when it's at proper levels. But, the issues come when it's in excess. And besides gaining weight when it comes to PE, insulin can be a significant factor in erectile dysfunction when you become insulin resistant. And that's partly what happened with me. I've been on keto long enough to know when my insulin is too high. I started keto because I was showing signs about two years back of being pre-diabetic, and once I started it, I stuck to it. Not only did a significant amount of weight fall off, but overall I felt great. And horny as fuck. Now, I must admit that my eating wasn't as good as it should have been, and I knew better, which is why I blame myself for not losing more weight sooner. But I'm correcting that. Insulin helps to dilate vessels, and when you become resistant, they won't dilate like they're supposed to. Meaning that gaining an erection can be weak (mine), challenging to get, maintain or not happen at all. It's why it's also common for extreme bodybuilders to have erectile issues because their diet can at times consist of sixty percent of their calories being sourced from carbs and sugars to get their glucose intake. And that's where the ACV, ginger, and green tea come in, and my fasting period I'm currently doing and working out in a fasted state. The amount of weight and water weight I've put on is insane. And I will prove a good chunk of it is water weight when I get back into ketosis because it makes your body drop excess water. I wanted to give you all this update to say that I feel better. I fucked up, I set myself back, but let's get back on track.
