The biggest PUMP day of the week. Leaving the gym with 1 inch of volume in your arms is always amazing. Yes, it's a temporary feeling but such a great feeling.

What are you training today?
Ever wonder how many days per week you should train each body part? Well, me too LOL...it varies depending on a few factors.
But I will say, when starting off, 2x a week is a great goal, upper one day and lower the next. Or even two full body days if you space them out enough and are recovering. As you advance, start adding days in and adjusting the volume!

This was back during my last show prep. I buckled down harder than ever before, slashed my calories and got to work. I wouldnβt advise the approach I did, it was extreme. But I wanted to test myself.
