Surprise! It’s a new year guys and I just wanted to share a little bit of advice and potentially help at least one of my VIPs out that might be struggling with an addiction to sugar like I do! My advice is to replace the bad things in your diet with some a little less bad instead of trying to quit cold turkey! For this I suggest my favorite recipe right now the ‘No Bake Cookie’ truly one of the best and fastest desserts to make. Look up any recipe it’s about 15 minutes to make. My only requirement is that you go get cacao powder instead of cocoa powder since cacao is the less processed version with all the nutrients like copper and iron!
Enjoy this and remember to slowly start tapering off the sugar in the recipe to eventually kick your sugar addiction. Also don’t forget to eat fruits like apples and oranges those also help a ton when you have a craving okay thanks bye🫡

Mental Monday on a Tuesday let's go! Connections are everything in life. I am so much happier when I have healthy relationships with the people I care about and right now since it's the holidays I am going to empathize improving those relationships even further and you guys should too!

Today’s Mental Monday is focused on a positive mentality! The audio is gonna suck but you should just change your mindset and enjoy hearing a shower while someone talks!
