Whenever I see someone acting out of the ordinary I used to judge and call them crazy. As I’ve gotten older I’ve learned that there usually are reasons why people act out. Sometimes it’s mental illness and other times it’s that the person is overwhelmed. Lately I’ve been overwhelmed by pain, but I don’t usually lash out at people because of it, though I am definitely a bit more irritable so if you got any unusual messages from me lately it was the pain talking!😂😂 Anyways I’m prioritizing fixing my neck right now more than ever, that’s my focus for 2024. Some people want wealth or have some fitness goal. I just want the overall wellness of neck to be manageable so I can train year round and not have to take weeks off!!!
