I just went to practice because I was pumped after watching the national tournament for wrestling and this was the first time in a month since Iβve be able to go (since my neck started hurting pretty much) and I went super light annnnnnd my neck got a bit worse now I canβt turn it right again haha damn it. Nothing is more frustrating than training around injuries like what do I even do! Canβt train light, donβt feel like lifting because what do I gain Iβm already muscular and strong. Talk about having no direction in your life right now!π
