Spent the whole day working a the building. Call me weird but I love doing manual work. Having my hands and body occupied allows me to stop overthinking about everything else that’s not going right in my life.
It feels good to have a break from my own mind.

I came back home yesterday. I was away for a while now, even before I caught covid.
I haven’t done a really good job lately at updating you guys with what I’m doing, how I’m feeling, etc.
I think since I had covid and it really kicked my ass, I’ve been on survival mode. Not fully living, not fully resting either.
It’s weird to be in this kind of position because you don’t really notice it until you actually take a step back and analyze what you’ve been doing and how you’ve been feeling.
My intentions are to be back here fully and to share my journey in every aspects again. It made me feel connected to myself and to you guys more and it’s the best feeling.
Thank you for accepting me in all aspects of my life, even when I’m not at my 100%.

I’ve been cooking so much lately, ever since I caught covid I’ve had this new interest of trying to make new things! So far I’ve made spring rolls, lemon pepper chicken parmigiana, fish tacos, salted chocolate chip cookies, a new version of shepherds pie, and a few more.
It’s honestly been so much fun and I’m learning to love to cook again. It’s not always easy to find motivation to be healthy everyday but trying new dishes has helped me a lot 🌿

Have you missed me? I’m slowly getting back on my feet after being sick for a few days.
This virus really kicked my butt and I won’t take my ability to breathe from both nostrils for granted ever again, lol. 🫠
I still have a strong headache and looking at my phone for too long hurts my eyes. So many weirds symptoms have occurred too, it’s really interesting to analyze back.
I hope your end of the month has went well! It’s been weird not posting for three days. I’ve missed y’all. <3
