So far I’ve made spring rolls, lemon pepper chicken parmigiana, fish tacos, salted chocolate chip cookies, a new version of shepherds pie, and a few more. It’s honestly been so much fun and I’m learning to love to cook again. It’s not always easy to find motivation to be healthy everyday but trying new dishes has helped me a lot 🌿
