Hey thursday 🌿 I learned so much about respecting my physical and mental limits this summer. I found that even if I’m not on top of my game every single day, it’s okay! It’s fine. My value doesn’t diminish if I don’t work myself to the ground every day and night. I learned that I do need breaks sometimes, and I do need some time away from screens and people. It’s so important to feel balanced. Yes, time is the most valuable asset we have in life, our most precious, but I don’t have to be miserable for my time to be well invested all the time. Sometimes it’s okay to sleep all day. As long as you have balance and you listen to your needs. 💕

Gooooood morning loves 🧡 I feel so happy this morning because yesterday I has the best day playing Pokemon Go! I caught not only one, but two Zacian!! 😱 I’m also level 29 now! I think I walked near 10km so my little feet are a bit sore today, not gonna lie. It felt amazing to spend some time outside under the sun with the nicest breeze. I honestly didn’t see one single cloud in the sky! This makes me excited for fall, with those crisp, sunny days where you’re wearing the comfiest sweater but the sun feels so warm on your face 🥰 Also fall means it’s my birthday very soon hihi Although, the longer summer lasts, the happier I am! I absolutely love warm weather. Anyways, hoping for another great sunny day outside today and I hope you have an amazing Sunday too ♥️

I have a secret to tell y’all… I’ve spent to whole day playing Pokemon Go 🥹 It feels so good to let go of responsibilities once in a while and do things that make you happy, even though they’re not « productive » things. I did a raid and caught Galarian Linoone, hatched a few eggs and caught so many bug Pokemons 🐛🕷🪲 What a fun day!
