Guilt beat me down today. So i did a load of fansly scheduling today while still feeling shitty and sick but now i'm knackered and i defo don't think i should stream with the syptoms i still have. Atleast I did some work but i need to stop now, a headache is coming on >-< So i'm taking the rest of the day off and I'm hoping to be live tomorrow with less of a sore dry throat and the sniffles. Sneezing has dropped to occasional now so that's good. I also only had a headache this morning until it started up again now after all the scheduling on fansly. So i think that's progress. So i'm just battling the tiredness, blocked nose and sore / dry throat mainly. Oh and aches are all gone. Yes of course there is an ulcer at the back of my throat, can't ever have anything resembling a cold without getting them now :( but thankfully i keep stock of some antiseptic numbing spray for such occasions. But regardless i'm going to listen to my body and have an early night / rest for the remainder of today and hopefully be ready for tomorrow.

Dunno what happened or what i actually did to fix it but Vtuber studio decided to shit the bed today and stop calibrating, then refused to find my two cameras. Spent like 6 hours fixing this via google / video help, think i'm ready for tomorrow now and some well earned rest for the remainder of today. Today was meant to mostly be a day off, i just wanted to change mouth movement and make it more responsive....and alter things so i could wear glasses instead of contacts.....**sigh** I DID manage to do the above two things but only after the 6 hours of fixing the issues i faced when i first entered Vtuber studio. Can my curse with technology just breaking on me for NO REASON end now? please and thank you. I have the worst luck with stuff like this just stopping to work when i haven't touched anything.

Trying my best to get up at 8AM and form a routine of breakfast and then a work out. Either indoor yoga, stretches, weights etc or going for a walk if the weather isn’t awful. I’ve stuck to it so far and hoping to keep it up and build up my energy levels again. Fed up of feeling so tired all the dang time. Basically since the Xmas and early January sickness’s I’ve not worked out much due to extreme fatigue, but I wanna put a stop to that and get back into a more healthy routine. Plus prepare myself for a regular job aswell. So working out will help out. My diet hasn’t really changed, still eating good and having healthy meals with treats here and there. But defo noticed a change in my body, not as lean. More water weight and body fat so I wanna shift that. I Should lean up pretty quickly considering my diet and if I stay consistent with the work outs. I’ve got this 💪

I'm going to try going live without face cam at all this week. Thrusday was tough, pushing through and then feeling sick on stream and hot. So i just turned off cam, took the wig off and carried on. It felt liberating to be honest. I was able to do the full stream when deep down i just wanted to cancel. I felt more relaxed off camera. So i think this week i want to try no camera streams. Viewership is low anyway so i just think i may aswell be comfy if i'm going to still go live and push through my negative feelings. Dunno about streaming today, feeling really bad anxiety and tired :( Also didn't help the bullshit i had to deal with when i got home which i don't want to get into but i've basically stayed in my room since. So i'm already starting the day in a shitty mood with high anxiety. Gonna see how i feel around 4PM and decide then. If i do go live were still in a place holder mode until Grounded comes out next week so i will likely just carry on with planet coaster building. As for face cam returning, i wanna see how it goes over these camless streams for now. I would like to be back on camera for Grounded, but we shall see.
