Trying my best to get up at 8AM and form a routine of breakfast and then a work out. Either indoor yoga, stretches, weights etc or going for a walk if the weather isn’t awful. I’ve stuck to it so far and hoping to keep it up and build up my energy levels again. Fed up of feeling so tired all the dang time. Basically since the Xmas and early January sickness’s I’ve not worked out much due to extreme fatigue, but I wanna put a stop to that and get back into a more healthy routine. Plus prepare myself for a regular job aswell. So working out will help out. My diet hasn’t really changed, still eating good and having healthy meals with treats here and there. But defo noticed a change in my body, not as lean. More water weight and body fat so I wanna shift that. I Should lean up pretty quickly considering my diet and if I stay consistent with the work outs. I’ve got this 💪
