I love those tiny little moments that feel like something out of a movie. Like, when ur song randomly plays in a coffee shop. Or when the wind hits just right, and everything feels cinematic for no reason. Or when u lock eyes with someone, and it’s just… a moment. Life is full of those little scenes, but u have to actually notice them. I think I’m gonna start paying more attention. Maybe I’ve been missing too many good ones. Its a nice day🥰

The camping trip I went on.
I decided to go camping one day. In your head - romance: nature, campfire, stars. In reality - a couple hours of walking, and you start to wonder, “Why did I come here?” 😂 The path is difficult, rocks under your feet, and here you are almost falling into the river trying to find a stable place.
But you know, even with those moments - it was awesome. Just getting out of your comfort zone, realizing that you can keep going even if you don't feel like it anymore. And cooking over a campfire? Pure high, even if everything looks like... well, let's just say, not exactly appetizing. 😅
What about you, hiking or would you rather couch and movies? 😏

To be honest, for me the perfect date is not about fancy restaurants and super expensive gifts. These are all “choose a wine from our collection” - it's beautiful, of course, but that's not what I'm talking about.🤭
The coolest date is when you just feel comfortable with the person. For example, walk around the evening city, go to some lamplight coffee shop, sit, chat about everything in the world, laugh at some dumb jokes and don't even notice how time flies. Or, on the contrary, take food with you and go somewhere out of town, just lie on a plaid, listen to music and look at the sky. The main thing is not the place, but the vibe.✨🌹
I also love the idea of going to a skating rink! Because, firstly, it's fun, and secondly, if someone doesn't know how to skate - there's a chance to grab his hand nicely (or fall, but there will be a reason to laugh). In my case, most likely, it will be the second option, but, as they say, the main thing is not to win, but to participate. 😂

During my walk today, I was thinking about how sometimes the most beautiful moments are the ones that happen without any planning. ✨ Like when you’re just walking down the street and catch someone’s smile, or when you see the sunlight gently filtering through the trees, and you stop for a moment just to feel it.💕
It reminded me how important it is to be present, not searching for something big or important, but just enjoying what’s here and now. Life, in its simplicity, is what makes it truly precious.

There are times when you realize that the gym has really become a part of life. For example, when you accidentally do a lunge to pick something up off the floor and realize that your body has already switched on “workout mode” by itself. Or when you automatically correct your posture because “your back should be straight.”🤭
But the thing that makes me laugh the most is my thoughts during a workout. Sometimes I do an exercise and think: “That's it, in a month I'll be a Victoria's Secret model” (although, of course, I won't, but you can dream). Or when I start stretching, and the only thing on my mind is, “That's it, I'll definitely do twine by summer” - spoiler: I haven't done it yet. 😂
But you know what's the coolest part? When you see progress. Even if it's small, but you realize: it's not all for nothing.
Have you ever had it happen that the gym starts to “haunt” you in your regular life? Or is it just my habit? 😅

Today is about how I manage to do everything and nothing at the same time😅
There's that thing where you plan a perfectly productive day, like “I'm going to do everything now”, but in the end... you don't manage to do anything! You know, like, in the morning, “I'm definitely going to work now, then I'm going to the gym, I'm going to stop shopping, and I'm going to make soup for sure!” At the end of the day you realize that you worked, but the soup was never made, and you only ran to the gym in your thoughts. 🤦♀️
And then there are those moments when you really think you can “get everything done,” but something inside you tells you that you can't get anything done at all, and total chaos ensues. I'm like this almost every day, to be honest. But then, when the evening comes, I realize that the main thing is not to panic and not to worry about these “not done” things. And at the same time - I promise myself that tomorrow will be better (and that I will definitely go to workout).
So, who else lives like this? Who's doing well with their plans? Maybe someone else doesn't have time to do at least half of what they have planned either? 😂

The gym is starting to feel like my second home lately 🏋️♀️. There’s just something about pushing myself harder each day, feeling my muscles burn, and seeing those tiny victories in the mirror. It’s not just about looking good (though, let’s be honest, that’s a nice bonus 😉), but it’s about feeling strong, confident, and ready to take on anything life throws at me.
Today was leg day—absolute killer, but oh-so worth it. 🍑🔥 I might be walking like a baby deer tomorrow, but I’ll still make it to the park for my favorite long walk. There’s nothing better than clearing your mind surrounded by trees and fresh air 🌳✨.
If you ask me, working out is the perfect metaphor for life: you show up, put in the effort, and the results slowly start showing. Maybe not right away, but eventually, you’ll look back and see how far you’ve come. 💪

Life's been a whirlwind lately, but I’m finding my balance step by step. 🌿 Mornings are for coffee (always a cappuccino ☕) and a bit of quiet time before heading to work at the hotel. It’s not easy juggling everything, but I’ve learned to focus on what matters most.
After work, you’ll usually find me at the gym 🏋️♀️ or trying out a new recipe in the kitchen 🍝. Cooking has become my little escape—it’s amazing what a homemade lasagna can do for your mood!
Tomorrow’s plan? A long walk in the park to clear my mind 🍂, maybe a new book to dive into 📖, and a few hours working on my goals for the future.
Every day feels like a small step toward something bigger. I remind myself that it’s okay to have tough days as long as I don’t lose sight of where I want to go. 🌟
