Try coming to Tokyo in June, everyone. It's raining, very humid, and very hot. When you go outside, your body is sticky and it's the worst!

Yesterday in Japan the temperature finally exceeded 30°🥵
Why is it so hot in Japan even though it is only June? Strange!
We had a photo shoot outside yesterday and I thought I was going to melt.
After the shoot, I thought it would be too much trouble to go to the gym, so I worked out at home.
I don't like protein and don't drink much, but for some reason I was highly motivated that day, so I made a rare attempt to drink some protein.
But I forgot to close the lid of the shaker and shook it as hard as I could! In an instant, the protein spread across the room, onto the walls, and filled the room with the smell.
I was so amazed at my stupidity that I couldn't stop laughing for a while.
I probably won't drink for a while.
After that I played a game of AEW.
It was released yesterday in Japan!
My favorite is John Moxley. I only use him.
But the controls are difficult for me and I fell asleep within an hour of playing.
I am not a gamer, so I can't swallow it right away even if it is explained to me. Even if I learn one thing, I forget it immediately, so I'm not very good at those games. It has to be as easy as Fall Guys.

I fought Yamashita, who is also from Fukuoka, for the first time in a while.
The result was a draw after 20 minutes of time.

After that, I went out for dinner with my friends. We were originally in the same idol group and are still good friends.

Today was my first game in Japan in a long time.
I definitely felt more confident than last month.
The Japanese fans praised me. I could finally feel that the month I had spent not in Japan was not in vain.
I have too high ideals and sometimes I am too hard on myself🙉 so I don't know. No matter what I do, I am never satisfied.
So today when I was praised by my Japanese fans, I finally got my answer 😊.
I just returned to my hometown, Fukuoka. Tomorrow I have a match in Fukuoka.
But once I stop thinking about everything, I will sleep well. Yesterday I was traveling by bus late at night and didn't sleep a wink🫤

I started feeling better yesterday, so I was moving around.

Sorry I stopped updating for a bit.
After my battle with Rina Yamashita, I took a 2-hour nap, then went to the airport dazed and dizzy, and arrived in Japan after a 10-hour flight without a wink of sleep.
Now my whole body aches. Partly because of the flight, but mostly because of the fight with Rina. I did not expect it to be hardcore. LOL.
I am not injured. I am stronger!
I lost to Rina, but I beat myself.
The old me would have been too scared to do anything.
But I beat that Maki Itoh.
I wasn't even that nervous!
After the match, all the GCW members complimented me. Even the owner Brett tweeted praise for the match. He rarely compliments people 🤣
If you haven't seen it, take a look. I don't think you will regret watching this match. And I like Rina!
I guess I was exhausted, I slept from yesterday evening until 5 in the morning.
When you are really tired, your body does strange things. I had been doing laundry, going to the post office, paying bills, etc. when I got home.
But all of a sudden I had trouble hearing and chills. I had a bad feeling so I dropped everything and went to bed.
Now I'm feeling better and I'm here for breakfast. ☀️
White rice, miso soup, sausage, fried egg and natto. This is the best breakfast in Japan. Delicious 😭

Today we had a match at Spark.
After the show, all the Japanese went out for dinner!
I talked to some people for the first time, but it was fun because they were all people I would never see in Japan!
After that we went to CVS for the first time to print more 8x10s since they were sold out 😂
I didn't know how to do it, but the staff was so helpful and gave me a discount 🥲
Sometimes some staff members make you feel bad. But there are also staff members who make me feel awesome sometimes like this!
I wrote their name, my autograph, and a message saying "You are the most wonderful CVS staff member, thank you” and gave it to them as a gift.🤣
I guess they would be surprised if they looked me up. You wouldn't think I was a professional wrestler, and a somewhat popular one at that lol.
Ahh it was a good day 🥰
Tomorrow is finally the last match of the US tour.
The day I face Rina.
She and I have become really good friends during this tour. I have confided in her about my problems. We even laughed about silly things.
Sometimes I feel like I am her big sister because Rina loses her passport or makes mistakes in ordering McDonald's 😂
We always had a hotel room together, so there are always shards of glass on the floor, which is dangerous 😂I often step on glass 🤣
But she doesn't show any weakness at all.
She is professional. She is strong. She is always hard working and cool.
So I never want to lose.
Not only do I respect her, I want to make her respect me. I have been working hard for the past month. I will not lose to her, even more so if it's with my heart!

I teamed up with Riho and Abadon and the opponents were Nyla, Marina and Sakura. We won!
I was very happy to have a match with Abadon! I really like Abadon!
I've been on the babyface side a lot lately, but I enjoy babyfaces more 😆
It was a very enjoyable match, and I'm glad I had the chance to play with Abadon.
But don't you think it was too exciting for a dark match? In fact, the audience was so excited, I thought this should be broadcast! 😭
After the match, I was so happy that my match coach praised me so much.
I love being praised more than anything!
I can grow more and more when I get praised 🤓

Come to think of it, on my way back from the GCW show in Los Angeles in March, I thought I was so lucky to be loved by everyone so much.
I thought maybe I should be in the US more. Still, I knew I wouldn't be able to take on such a big challenge.
The cab driver I caught that day was Japanese.
I got into a conversation with him and told him that I wanted to live in the U.S., but I was scared, and asked him if he preferred Japan or the U.S. He replied that both were the same.
He said that both have their good and bad sides.
I had a difficult image of America on my own, so his answer put my mind at ease.
Yes, I feel like my back was pushed because of that and now I am here.
I still don't know if coming here was the right decision. I am sure that will not be known in the near future.
But I think I am living a more stimulating life than in Japan, where I spend my days in the same routine, in the same environment, with the same people and relationships.
And I like being a "foreigner" very much.
Sometimes I get criticism because I am different from everyone else, but I feel good about just living my life as it is and being different from the people around me. I feel special. Do you understand? I am like a person who walks around dressed for self-expression. lol

I won the game in Atlantic City against Janai Kai. But for some reason, Mid Cardona and the bitch cursed me out afterwards.
After that I was given my first 4 bundles of light tubes by Nick Gage and I busted Cardona.
But first of all, four light tubes in a bundle were so heavy that it was difficult to swing them 🤣
And since they were bunched together, I was surprised to see a huge blast and shards of glass flying at me as well!

🎀 New Year's Day in Japan is a very important event! It is strange to see people disappear from Tokyo because most people in Tokyo are all here to work, so everyone goes back to their hometowns.
Also, everyone eats udon or soba on December 31st, so you should eat it. On New Year's Day, they eat mochi (rice cakes)!

I finally bought my switch again, and I am so glad I did. lol
The first time I bought it during lockdown, but I got bored quickly and sold it.
I don't have any expectations this time either, but I bought it because I came to the US too much and didn't have anything to do. 😂
If I were in Japan, I would have played with friends or gone to the dojo instead of playing games.
I bought the downloadable version of Pokemon at the store but the serial number did not work. I ended up buying Pokemon again because going to the store again would have been a hassle and making a phone call with my English skills would still be difficult. Damn.
The only time my mom and dad bought me a game was for my birthday. I was taught that games are expensive, which made me feel guilty for spending this kind of money now that I'm an adult 😂

Yesterday I had a book signing in New York and more people came than I had imagined.
I think I am a lucky person that I am loved by children and adults alike, regardless of gender.
I did the signing at a store that sells wrestling goods, so there were many figures of wrestlers.
I am always envious when I see them.
Most of my dreams have come true thanks to you, but my dream of becoming a figure has not yet come true.
I want to become a figure and have my children play with them.
I have to work harder to make that come true!
And it made me think about what I am lacking.

It was my first 5-way and it was very difficult and I lost.
In a match of that type, you have a better chance of winning if you fight with good timing rather than getting damaged by showing up too much. (I always stay until the end of the Rumble in Japan 😏) But I lost! 😂
But I'm proud of myself for being able to handle an American Indy 5-way title match.

Yes, for the first time I revealed to my fans that I have a little ADHD.
I feel very happy that I revealed it. Because I was relieved to find someone else with the same problem! I felt like I was the only one defecting 🤣.
I don't know if it's because of the ADHD, but listen to the old stories of my struggles coupled with that.
I worked until I started making a living in wrestling.
But it just didn't last! 🤣
The pattern is that I make mistakes so often that people don't like me at work, I can't stay, and then I quit. Always the same.
I did yakiniku staff, cafe, factory, pachinko, bar, etc. I feel like I should probably do something else.
As for the yakiniku, the motive is a little funny. There was a very cool waiter and I applied just to be friends with him. I'm not a stalker!
But I got tired of having to remember the names of the meats and quit after the first day.
Now I am happy to fulfill this job as a professional wrestler. This job doesn't guarantee a future, but it is still the best job for me!
I still break dishes and lose things constantly, but it's not that hard to live if you take precautionary measures. 😂

Today was the last match before the US tour.
It was a prelude to 7.8, but our tag team, me and Kamiyu, lost. It doesn't feel good to leave Japan with a loss. It's frustrating!
But I don't think I am inferior to Mizuki. That's what I thought after the match today. I feel that she and I are about the same.
So I think the key from now on is how strong I can become on my own. I don't care if I win or lose today. 👋
And I'm nervous again about the upcoming American expedition. 🤦🏻♀️🌀I'm not sure if I'll be able to live properly.
I probably have a bit of ADHD and I am especially inattentive and lose things a lot.
I do a lot of thinking at the same time, so I'm always distracted by different things.
The last time I checked out of a hotel during WrestleMania week, I left my credit card at the hotel.
"I'll definitely put my credit card back in my wallet because it's important!'' But my interest turned to other things and I forgot to put my credit card back in my wallet and left it there.
I didn't realize it until three hours later or so. My whole body bleeds!
I was relieved that the hotel staff was friendly...
I also lost my iPhone in the US... 😭I couldn't contact anyone and was in despair.

There was a rather big earthquake at 4:00 in the morning, and I jumped out of bed!
About 5 seconds before the quake hit, my cell phone alarm went off with a very loud sound.
And it sounded really scary!
I don't have such an app installed, but for some reason it goes off by itself.
The earthquake alert on TV sounds even scarier. Is it called "dissonance"?

Today is just a training day 🫠.
I was surprised to see Yuka Sakazaki's graduation.
The members who are still in the early stages of their careers have to work harder.
I also feel responsible. Probably more big matches will be assigned to important matches. But that is a good thing because I can gain experience. I shouldn't be in tjpw for too long either. I'm not thinking about graduation or retirement just yet, but for now I have to work hard for what is in front of me.
I have been working in some group for more than 10 years, so I am used to members graduating.
But graduation is a big deal.
I've seen some people fade out instead of graduating, and I've seen some people break the rules and have their contracts terminated. Simply put, they are fired. Come to think of it, I was fired from my idol 🤣 (of course I didn't cause any scandals, just wasn't popular lol)
So being announced as a "graduate" is like the most wonderful title given by the company. It is only given to those who have done great things in the past.
I'll have to work even harder than before.

If you saw my match yesterday, you'll know that I decided to challenge for the belt and it's a title match on 7.8.
I'm glad this is being talked about. If I get this belt, I will have won all the belts. It means that I have conquered the international division, the tag team division, and the singles division. Some people say I am trash who can't wrestle, but isn't this great?
I said backstage that I will be training in the US for a month or so starting with GCW on 5.20 because I want to fight with more confidence by that date.
I love this life of challenge.
I think I could have grown even if I had remained in Japan, but I know best that the hurdles are much higher in America.
Of course, being in a foreign country for a month and making a living from wrestling is the first time for me, so I am not completely free from anxiety.
But I choose the risky path over the easy path. Just because it is fun. High-risk, high-return is my way of life!
I realize that my life is about to start moving in many ways right now.
I like that I am excited about change. I am the best! And you are the best for supporting me!
