Kicking things off with my most recent self-portrait session, which I simply refer to as my "bath series."

I imagined what I might see if I were to peak in on myself preparing for and having a bath.

My own voyeur.

Simultaneously observed and observing.

Some of these photos are already posted on my Instagram, but photos showing nudity are only posted here.

P.S. I'll be posting photos in separate posts based on the order in which they'd be seen by a voyeur 😄.

Sharing a little something from a previous self-portrait session (May 2021) that no one has ever seen 😲.

It's nothing **wild**, but at the time, this pose seemed so bold, and I wasn't ready to **be** that bold yet. Whew.

P.S. This is from the same session as my display photo and the three black & white photos in my banner.

I had PLANNED to do some self-portraits this past weekend, but the Universe had other plans. I had a pretty rough cold and I'm only now starting to feel better. I've learned my lesson and I won't say *when* I'll be sharing new work, but I can say it will be soon 🤞.

In the light of a laptop...

I was prepping some work for the morning, from bed, when I looked over and noticed my reflection in the mirror across the room. Illuminated by my laptop, perhaps the kind of light that defines us in more ways than we care to admit.

This is a really pixelated phone photo, and I questioned whether it belongs here, where I created an account more along the lines of "fine art nudes."

But then I realized I was doing it again - censoring myself. When countering that is what this account is really for: Creation and self-expression without censorship or limits.

And you know what? I've had a ghastly cold for two weeks that *knocked me out* and last night when I took this, I was starting to feel like my sexy self again.

I didn't feel particularly creative today. I didn't feel the "spark" that I was craving. But I created anyway, and I'm glad I did. I don't love every shot from today, but there are a few gems that are interesting.

What do you think of this one?

This most recent session was my first time using flash for s..

This most recent session was my first time using flash for self-portraits, and it was...a challenge. I think the batteries in my flash were low because the flash just didn't fire sometimes, and positioning my camera, my flash, and myself was a whole coordination adventure.

I snapped this during peak frustration (I was also getting hungry...), and at first I thought it was a "failure" because the flash didn't fire. But, you know, I actually quite like it as is.
