Blo*od flow restriction bands are very useful! Especially for me because my glutes like to kick in constantly because I'm glute dominant, as most of you can tell... but in turn its hard for me to bring my quads to hypertrophy... so since my knees are junk I got bfr's so I can go lighter and all the blo*od pools in my quads, creating hypertrophy with lighter weights, these ARE NOT comfortable and I really need to push myself past the pain of the pump these bring, it's a real mind over matter...
But on the plus side, if your into AUDIO of these types of things I have a recording of me working past the pump and struggling to failure. Send me a private message and tip and ill send you the video. ;)

This is literally the exact stretches I do after leg day. I go through these twice, second time I hold each stretch for about double this time.
These are not staged stretches for this video, this is exactly what I do, so your more of a fly on the wall right now...
