What I love about working out at home is being able to stretch in my underwear..
This is literally the exact stretches I do after leg day. I go through these twice, second time I hold each stretch for about double this time.
These are not staged stretches for this video, this is exactly what I do, so your more of a fly on the wall right now...
No make up, no special lighting, or angles, cellulite and all, this is me!
