One of my go to bicep exercises for the last 10 years: Seated DB Curl w/ descending reps

Do 5 reps with the right, 5 with left, 4 with right, 4 with left, all the way down to 1 and 1.

This will make your arms explode. Expect your forearms to be tested as well. Stay as strict as possible. If you have to lean a little to each side so you don’t have to curl around your legs then do so.
