This exercise seems easy at first glance, but when you've never tried it, it's complicated ahah I've been training for years, and only recently was I able to practice the exercise until I got it right. It's just a matter of practice, and having a training base for your arms/upper body 👌

Pull-ups can be a good all-round exercise to work out the muscles in your arms, shoulders, and back🫡👍

Training requires discipline and perseverance, it is a job that requires a routine and intelligence. I have been training for years, I made many mistakes, but over time I have been able to realize them and improve. Today I am happy for everything I have achieved, and seeing how my body improves every day.. 100% natural, nothing strange ahah💪

Do you do it for health or fitness? I started going to the gym years ago to gain muscle mass, and the truth is that I love my body, my strong arms, my big legs that I can squeeze really hard...😍 not to mention...🍑❤️🔥
