Please start meditating. Practice multiple times a day to find stillness. Lay or sit in a comfortable position. Focus your eyes upwards between your brow bones. Focus on your breath. Deep inhales and exhales. Quiet all nervous mind chatter. You will eventually see bright lights and feel pleasurable sensations throughout your body. Meditation is how you have a personal relationship to “God” or whatever you’d like to call it. We have been so programmed to “Do, do, do”. The key to everything is within. You will never find anything outside of yourself to satisfy and satiate your soul indefinitely like meditation. Everything else is a quick fix to numb yourself for a brief time. The ironic part is once you meditate daily and find that inner peace, stillness, calm and Love you will obtain everything you desire outside of yourself and you’ll realize you don’t even care about most of the things you thought were so important to obtain before because it was actually your Ego that desired it.

We went to the slice shop a few days after filming eating there and one of the workers asked where he could watch the review at and seemed genuinely curious. So that was a good sign. Then at the grocery store a random man came up to us and asked if we’re doing a YouTube video, immediately after another man approached us and asked if he could pray for us. So I knew I needed to get over my fear and my idea of perfection and just start making them. I’m still figuring out how I want to do them but I appreciate you watching. Thank you 🙏🏼

Life update. I’m all moved in. Pretty much situated. I had a mushroom trip and an Ayahuasca trip tell me to take care of my dad. He’s essentially homeless living in a YMCA. I chose to not communicate with him for over a decade. When I got home from Costa Rica I invited him to live with me. It’s been interesting but I’m glad I did. I went to the plant medicine retreat in Costa Rica to heal, specifically my relationship with my ex and now we are back together lol so it worked. Our communication is much better. Our connection is so much deeper and the sex got more intimate. Im proud of me. I’ll always be here but going to still focus on doing YouTube vids (going to do a cooking video soon) I want to be more visible for my knowledge and heart not my body. Thank you for always being here for me and caring about me. Remember I’m here to talk about anything you need help with in your life. We are all one and it’s a pleasure and privilege to connect with you and assist your healing and spiritual journey. I love you

☀️ Make sure to feel the Sun on your skin each day. Open palms. Feel the warmth and appreciate all it provides to this beautiful planet. Early morning/late evening get sunlight directly into your eyes to stimulate your pineal gland/third eye. Better sleep and more lucid dreams. It will also help to decalcify your pineal gland. Calcified pineal glands limit your intuition and connection to Source/Divine/Creator/God whatever you’d like to call it. Remember you are limitless.
