I now switched mostly to scar tape.
I switched to Keto. Sooo I'm going to post some stats.
From January 2nd-Jan 31st
If it's weird to read, my last weigh in was January 2, 2023. I weighed in today (29 days later) and gained 4.8lbs of muscle and lost 5.4lbs of body fat for a 10.2lb muscle exchange. Lowest bodyfat since 2021
I'ma keep going.
Boobs went from C to maybe D/DD but I'm the healthiest 💥

Hey babes. Ok soooo I'm 2 weeks post surgery.
I'm nervous but I think to be open I'm going to put on a swimsuit and show you how my middle is healing up. Bummed to know that 30% of my chest will go away due to fat reabsorption. But that's normal across the board. Actually it's the standard.

I taught Pilates all week. Everything was great! Except. I sort of was weaker 😅
Aerial is sort of a no go. Mid section is painful with pressure due to nerve damage.

Today is day 5 post procedure. I've done Pilates this morning. Did a 40 minute walk. Sat through a whole days worth of seminar.
Shower felt better. I'm putting bandaids and Neosporin on ATM. So my tiny holes close soon!
