Bummed to know that 30% of my chest will go away due to fat reabsorption. But that's normal across the board. Actually it's the standard. Happy to share more. I taught Pilates all week. Everything was great! Except. I sort of was weaker 😅 Aerial is sort of a no go. Mid section is painful with pressure due to nerve damage.
