Last night I had a migraine and all I could muster up the strength to do was lie with an ice pack on my neck, start watching ‘The real Housewives of Cheshire’ (absolutely insane - has anyone watched? Apparently there’s like 18 seasons out there 😱) and eat a chocolate covered frozen banana (new obsession). Does anyone have any tips on how to deal with migraines? I’ve been getting them the past 7 years and I have a personal routine around preventing/treating them but most people who suffer from them also have their own little tips and tricks so please share if you have any pearls of wisdom! 😘 (bit of a shift from my regular content on here but thinking of starting to share more BTS of my life - the shitty parts as well as the good parts - is that something that would interest y’all?)
