All good workouts must come to an end and then it's time to hit the shower. It's probably my favorite part of working out because it usually means I'm still in one piece and didn't collapse on the floor. It's the small victories in life.

Been a little while since I posted on here and I apologize. Life moves pretty fast. So in an attempt to make up for lost time, here is my ultra j.o. video!
