I didn’t have much time to do my make up or outfits for today cuz I picked my friend up at noon then we went to wal mart and made delicious vegan treats together!
It was so much fun!

Of all the people in my social circle I think he is the one whose company I truly value the most.
Today was the first day we hung out together just the two of us and it was SO fun!

I almost wanted to murder someone yesterday at church last night when a friend of mine was having an emotional moment and coming to terms with the fact that a girl he liked just wants to be friends with him, and she had been talking to another guy,
And he was just IN THAT SAD BOY SPACE
and some random girl from the church was word vomittingg all over him thinking she was being of service to him
I had no clue what to do so I just sat down beside him and held his hand while he cried then all hell broke through as my OTHER friend busts through the doors and noticed the situation entirely,
Then deliberately inserts herself into the situation only to turn the whole situation on HERSELF.
I was dumbfounded by this. Looking back now i don’t know why I couldn’t just be a big bitch and tell her kindly
“ CAN YOU NOT MAKE THIS ABOUT YOU RIGHT NOW, Russel needs us to just be with him right now!!”
That would have shut her up instantly.
But noooo my dumb ass just sat there with my bloodd boiling as she tells me this story of how she’s so much of an empath and how when other people are hurting she just feels their pain.
Right in the middle of a narcissistic episode lmao.
I am realizing now that I am almost most of the problem because whenever she says or does anything that is super offensive or ignorant or selfish or disrespectful I just let her be as she is I never tell her what’s actually going on in my mind or body. 🤡
With everything she’s done recently,,, teasing my OTHER friend and making him buy her shit and giving him the thought that they might someday be in a relationship,,
Then completely disrespecting the feelings of someone else by making their moment an opportunity to feed her own ego.

I took my food over to a friends yesterdays and I made red cabbage salad with a saucy to go with it and also made potato broccoli soup for her, I think it’s a lot different from the stuff they are used to eating ok a regular basis. She also told me when she introduced the idea of us all doing the vegan reset challenge her response was “I don’t know mom I’m such a picky eater” 😭🤣🤣
SOOO I can already feel that there might be some turbulence in this new journey I’ve decided to embark on now that I am no longer the only person eating the food I am making 🤣🤣
At the end of the day whatever they do is up to them, I can only make what I know they tell me they like and try to accommodate them! I still win because I’ll like anything I make haha and it will make me feel invincible when I eat it!!
I really hope tho that in the near future I see them both having a completely different relationship to food!
It’s crazy to already compare how I now think vs how other people think about food. Everything I put into my body now I can almost see the manifestation of it in my body instantly, especially if it’s something thar Is not what my body wants 🤣🤣
But when you’re constantly eating stuff that already has ur body INFLAMED 24/7 you don’t notice thar cuz that’s how you always feel or look.
It’s wild.
I know that the answer is always so simple.

DAYUM. So I got the most wonderfully phone call yesterday!! My friend who could potentially be my most favorite person in the whole world called me while I was driving home from buying groceries for the next few days asked me if I would be open to start coming to her house once a day to share any leftovers I have from the vegan meals I’ve been making because her daughter has been struggling with her relationship to food and was recently put into the ER for not eating enough and also there was a horrible incident where her catheter BROKE upon insertion?
I don’t know all the details yet but all I know is that I have been asked to potentially play a very big part in the process of another beings personal growth and healing if I chose to keep my priorities straight and show up for them like I sorta have been for myself these past 21 days 🤣
I think today I will send my friend the e book I got all the recipes from and we can start all over together from day one so that I can have better memory of all the stuff I liked AND I get to give everything I make to 2 souls who deserve it more than ANYONNNEE 😭😭😭😭😭😭🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
I am so excited for today I am going to make lunch and dinner after I take her son to work then when I take him back home I I will give her whatever food I made for lunch and dinner today! ☺️
It’s going to be interesting figuring out how to schedule all my OTHER things around this 🤣
