Every year I make a wish when the chimes strike.

This year I decided to take a thorough approach: I bought candles, wrote down my wish on a piece of paper (just like they write on the Internet) and prepared a glass of champagne. Everything was going perfectly... until the moment when I had to set that piece of paper on fire. 🔥

Imagine: I'm standing there, the candle is burning, the piece of paper is lit - and then, instead of beautiful mysterious ashes, there's a black stain on the carpet! 😱 I start to panic, try to put it all out, and the champagne is already in my hands and I accidentally pour it right on me! 🍾😂

As a result, my wish is apparently now written not only on a piece of paper, but also in the champagne and on the carpet. But you know what the funny thing is?

It all made the moment even more magical - I laughed until I cried! Now I'm sure that the new year will bring only joy and a sea of bright events. 💖
