I had some success at the auto shop today. I got a lovely brand new loaner. A 2024 Lexus RX. The interface is much better than previous years and it had a heated steering wheel! I mean.... wow!!!ð I spent an hour at the shop while I was waiting for the loaner.

Hello my dears! I had a lovely vacation but my kid called during vaca. My kid had a skiing accident and broke the femur.ð Needless to say, had to have emergency surgery. It certainly could have been worse and I always recommend helmets when skiing.
I stayed in the hospital today with kid and they were discharged after a few days post surgery. Had to set up the house for a post op patient.ð
In the meantime Hubs and I got sick. Covid negative but it kinda feels like that.
