So, I've been on vacation back home visiting my family and at this point I've decided I'm going to get on track and start working out again. Sooo...
1)stop drinking alcohol
2)drop the gluten because my body is hating it
3)regular cardio and calesthenics

There's been a lot going on here that unfortunately has prevented me from providing more content, but for today you get too see an older one of me! I used to be in pretty damn good shape and had a lot less tattoos than I do now!

Hey there! A little update on thing in case you were wondering about lack of content recently. I've been very sickly and have really had a hard time getting anything prepped or photos taken because i do not feel at my best. Right now I'm still dealing with pneumonia which if you've ever had it, you know it sucks. I feel like my ribs were broken, stomach in a constant cramp and non-stop coughing. Either way, i hope to be on the mend soon.
I also wanted to add some of my more artistic works for you to see. I am a hobby photographer and have been doing it for easily 25 years off and on. So at least you won't be left with absolutely nothing from me and i get to finally share some of my work. Art is always on the eyes of the beholder, always remember that. ❤️❤️❤️
I've been very Ill and just feeling off for a while now but i will resume posting more regularly after the holidays. So for now i leave you with some photos of me from a while back and i hope everyone stays safe during the holidays.
