I’ll be flying to Miami on 21st February, boarding the cruise of 23rd and disembarking on 1st March. Back in the UK for 4th March and hopefully closer to, or over,
350lbs by that point.

As some of you know I am off to the States on Friday to join my belly brothers for a week long cruise with 24/7 inclusive food.

It’s the only time away that I get in the year and I absolutely love it.

There are guys of all sizes and a few of the big boys on here will be on the ship. The chance to meet some of my own heroes and those that have inspired me.

So as to make the most progress while floating around the Caribbean, I’ve added extra meals to my diet.

This may not be the biggest second breakfast but consistency and remembering to take those extra calories when you can really does make the difference.

2024 has been a weird year. My weight has gone up and down. At times it has stayed the same for months but my shape has changed in that time.

Historically I have always had visceral fat, the sort of fat that forms behind the abdominal wall and around the organs. This makes for a very solid, ball gut which complimented my heavily muscled chest and body from my lifting days.

But, since being on insulin, I have started to swell and grow in a totally different way. I am gaining subcutaneous fat - the beautiful, soft jiggly fat that moves and hangs and sags from my solid underpinnings.

And I FUCKING LOVE IT!

I can't get enough. I'll never get enough.

So, I'm looking for feeders, encouragers, mutual gainers who want to really push their limits and grow in to huge, obscenely obese freaks.
