There’s something so soulful about swimming in the ocean. First, you have to fight with the current. It knocks all of the ego out of you, reminding you of your insignificance. But once you get past the point break, you become almost one with the water. Breathing to the beat of the waves….Observing each crest…knowing exactly when to ride…and when to submerge yourself underneath. You must relinquish yourself fully to the tides. I love surrendering myself into the sea. To become one with the ocean….to become one with God (whatever your god may be).

I’ve never been a “handstands on Instagram” kind of gal. Mainly because I never knew how to do them before 😆 My photographer friend is also a CrossFit coach, so after our stadium workout, he insisted on teaching me how to do a handstand. He was a good teacher, and we had a lot of fun together. It’s always fun to learn something new.

Some of you may know that I used to compete in bodybuilding competitions. I present to you the following comparison. The photo on the left was taken right before my last competition in December 2018, at 110 lbs. The photo on the right was taken yesterday at 135 lbs. I know too many physique athletes that come out of the sport with body dysmorphia and eating disorders, although I can easily see how that happens. I truly believe that my healthy and rich sex life is one of the key reasons why I haven’t succumbed to the same mindset. The more that I allow my body to feel good, the more that I feel good about my body.

Did you miss me? Life (and business) have been picking up this week. Everything is coming up roses…but it’s been leaving me so fatigued, and I haven’t even logged onto OnlyFans at all in several days.
