The photo on the left was taken right before my last competition in December 2018, at 110 lbs. The photo on the right was taken yesterday at 135 lbs. I know too many physique athletes that come out of the sport with body dysmorphia and eating disorders, although I can easily see how that happens. I truly believe that my healthy and rich sex life is one of the key reasons why I haven’t succumbed to the same mindset. The more that I allow my body to feel good, the more that I feel good about my body.
