***Life Update: Time to take responsibility!*** I was so close to hitting my goal of 300 lbs so I decided to get sloppy. The mindset that I slowly developed of, "well I don't need to track as much, and I can up my carbs a bit." Is exactly what I preach against to my audience and I would be a hypocrite to keep that hidden. I stopped what was WORKING because I thought I knew better and all I did was set myself back. But that doesn't mean I've failed, instead I have to get back up and do what I know works and stick to it. For a while I was stagnant, then my weight went up and down and then when I weighed myself this morning... Boy was it a wake up call! And so with that being said I'm back to monitoring my macros, and waking up at 6 am to get things moving. It's easy to stumble and lay down, but the only person you're hurting is yourself. Let's get to it! My #weightloss goal is 220-250lbs by 2024 and it WILL HAPPEN! (Plus I want to see how much of this dick is being hidden when the fat is gone 🍆)

***Expert Level: PUMP IT UP! Video: 021*** While using all of these pumps is amazing, I need to find a balance with them. The Bathmate will always be my warm-up starter when starting the PE routine. Moving on to different types of PE methods and ending the session. But, adding the Two-Stage pump is somewhat of a wrench in the system. And I don't mean that in the wrong way. I think it will be best to do the Two-Stage more in the middle of the routine or create a routine that revolves directly around it. Such as only doing the Bathmate, Two-Stage, and maybe some stretches. Besides that, on Monday, we will keep moving along. And before I release my ***Penile Extender*** video, I've been experimenting with using pumps with it to get a good idea of maximizing its usefulness.

***Expert Level: Going Hard With The Two-Stage Video: 021*** As much as I like the two-stage, I think I will have to slow down a bit with how much I use it during a session. I might need to move it toward the end of my overall session versions for multiple uses. My erection was a bit weak on Thursday, which could have also been stress-induced. But just in case it's a sign of fatigue, I took that day off. The feeling of my balls being engorged more is exciting and hard to describe but I might look into pumps that are designed for ball placement. There's nothing wrong with what I have. I'm just becoming more curious to explore other things as well.

***Uploading soon but...*** While working on the edit for the new video I noticed how much weight I lost when I turned sideways during the video. And while I'm nowhere near my goal of dropping 100 lbs. I must say that I'm still accepting this as a ***win*** and the reason for that is because I'm making progress towards the goal I want. I feel that so many people fail to look at the fact that they're taking steps to achieve a goal. And they focus more on the fact they haven't achieved it yet. It would be easy for me to look at the scale and say, "I only lost five pounds." Versus me saying, "oh sweet I now have five fewer pounds to worry about." And the same thing should be looked at when it comes to doing PE. Oh, you 'only' gained an inch? Well, hot damn that's an inch more that you have now that you didn't before. Take every step as a win to get closer to the finish line.

I'm debating whether or not to use it daily or not so I might do a ***fundraiser*** to get your guys' opinion on the matter. And with that being said, tools are a great way to not only optimize the progress you're making, but sometimes they can take your gains to the next level, which is why I'm happy to add the extender to my routines. I've been hesitant to use them for a while until I felt comfortable, and now I think I know enough to get the ball rolling. Before I do any giveaways of one, I want to use it for a while until I feel one million percent confident with it. Now, this all might sound like I'm scared of using it. And that is not the case by any means. I always like to test things to understand the best ways to maximize my tool use. And that way, I can also understand the wrong ways of using the tool. And how to mitigate that in the future.

***OPINION: You Need A Two-Stage Pump*** Just like the title says, I feel that everyone who's interested in PE, needs to own and, of course, use a two-stage pump. I've had mine for maybe six months, and even with minimal use, I've seen and felt great gains. Since the pump theoretically targets the suspensory ligament, which is what is cut during penile enhancement surgery. It helps with length in that regard. I've also been asked if there are ways to make your balls bigger, and besides using Fadogia Agrestis, this is one method of doing such. While I personally don't need bigger balls I have noticed they've become much heavier and are more in the way ever since I got this pump. I know it seems like it's a weird thing to complain about but it's the truth. And it's one of the reasons as to why I haven't used it as often. While it's helping with length, I simply don't want bigger balls. Especially since I'm more active with cardio than just lifting weights. If I don't use my jockstrap underwear they get in the way. But, even with that complaint, I can't ignore how great this pump has been and how cheap it is for the results. It doesn't require long sessions or high pressures when using the pump. I believe the highest I've gone is eight PSI and the longest time frame was 15 minutes. ***Let Me Know Your Thoughts!***

***Get Up! And Get OUT!*** When it comes to PE, there are no short cuts. Because trust me, if there was I would be doing them myself and I would have told you about them. One major factor to getting bigger, is taking care of your body. This morning I woke up at 6 am, and I hit the gym and I feel freaking GREAT. I will continue my fasting period until noon or two in the afternoon. And I've been doing OMAD (One Meal A Day) unless I need to snack on something. Which in that case it's pumpkin seeds and meat. Getting the bood pumping, the weight off, not drinking, smoking, or whatever other toxic thing you might be doing to your body. Is vital to your future success.
