***This Is A SMALL Load: Something Must Be Wrong...*** I know that's such a strange statement to make with a load like this. but I think this is evidence of a weak diet that must be changed. if anyone has been following me for quite some time they would know I consider this a very small amount. so these are the following things that could have caused this to happen in my opinion. ***1. Poor Diet:*** While my goal is to lose a hundred pounds by next year. going to the gym is only a fraction of what is needed and what you eat is what you become. now when I say due to finances my diet has changed I don't mean McDonald's I just mean more carbs than usual. but that isn't the main cause of my concern, it's also the fact that after doing heavy squats. my thighs have not recovered as fast as they used to. which could show that I'm not getting the proper vitamins or minerals for rest and recovery. ***2. Stress:*** One thing that gets overlooked when it comes to health is stress. when you're under a heavy load of stress your body produces a lot of cortisol. that's a hormone that's based on the fight or flight response and it does not allow your body to fully relax. which also kept me up late at night I find myself going to bed sometimes at 2:00 a.m. instead of the typical 9:00 p.m. like I'm used to. ***3. Dehydration and Vitamins:*** One of the major things to blow a bigger load is making sure you're staying hydrated. it's obvious that semen is a liquid and when you don't drink a lot of water it decreases your load amount as well as makes it very thick. One of the major minerals and vitamins you can take to help you with your load amount is zinc. it gives it a pearl white look as well as makes healthy sperm.

***Beginner Level - Keeping It Simple: 1-11-23 Video: 007*** You would assume that after all of the PE sessions I've done, I would hop back into a routine after doing PE Madness. And that assumption would be wrong. ***But why is that?*** I feel that rest and recovery are as crucial as the PE routine. I know I bring up working out a lot so let's change things up. Let's say you've just got off a long shift at work, you're tired, and today you did way more than expected. It wouldn't be wise of you to stay up super late into the night only to get four hours of sleep. To then go back to work. Without that rest, your body can't recover from the intense training you did throughout the day. And I take that same concept to PE Madness. ***Personal Note:*** I didn't do a second part because, after this video, I spent most of my day trying to get another car and other financial needs I had to handle.

***EXPERT LEVEL ROUTINE: 1-8-23 Video: 006 (PE Madness)*** This PE Madness routine I did was not only my longest, but it will change things up for my content going forward. I'm now going to reorganize my content based on; beginner, intermediate and expert levels. Here are the level breakdowns. ***Beginner:*** This is for those new to PE altogether, you might have heard of jelqing, but you've yet to try it. Or you just started and are only 0-8 weeks in. ***Intermediate:*** This level is for guys with PE experience. You're familiar with pumping and how to navigate safely through your PE journey. 32-52 weeks in. ***Expert:*** This level is for those who've had at least a year of PE. They've tried multiple pumps and different routines, and they're looking for something more intense. This includes longer sessions, higher reps, sets, and more experimental. If you're new to PE, I ***DO NOT RECOMMEND*** you move straight towards the expert levels of PE. That would be like you going to the gym for the first time. And you see some buff dude bench pressing four hundred pounds. So you think you can do the same thing. Getting to that level took a lot of time, effort, training, and repair/ recovery. I will arrange my older content based on these three levels and add them from here on out.

***I'm Selfish About PE, And You Should Be Too!*** ***RANT:*** When it comes to PE, remember that you're doing it for ***YOURSELF***and, not for your sexual partner. Or for the hopes of gaining one. I'm not calling out anyone, nor am I trying to shame anyone. But I get quite a few messages about wanting to do PE to impress or please a partner. Let me tell you this, and read this carefully. Suppose you don't do PE for yourself and your ego. You will always doubt and rush your journey to get to the end of it. Take care of yourself first, no matter what you do in life, because, in the end, your happiness is on the line. I guarantee you that if you're doing PE to impress someone else. The moment they show any form of doubt, it will crush you. Become better for you and you alone. And impressing them will be the icing on the cake. We've all met someone so focused on the "haters" or trying to prove someone wrong. And you can tell by how they speak that they're not confident in themselves, and their happiness isn't part of what they're trying to accomplish. Don't let that happen to you!
