Just so you guys know, I went from 215-206 in ab 10 days, but that number is a lot of water retention. Fat doesn't burn thar quick, a pound of fat is ab 3500 calories worth of fuel you'd have to burn in EXCESS. It takes a lot of time, but u have to be consistent, and is why the calorie counting is almost essential. I've posted videos on it, im going to try and post more diet hacks and stuff (it's hard bc I eat like a dog usually)

Dumbell bench-- one of if not the best exercise for ya boobygrowth, to do it correctly you do not have to go wildly passed parallel, I would go until ur humorous is about parallel, that gives significant stretch without too much strain on ur shoulder. Also make sure ur leg drive and back arch/ tightness is constant and secure to keep chest optimally engaged. Lmk what else u want helpnwith !

If you need deadlift help- first thing I do is slightly engage glutes and tuck my chin- then you're gonna go down and grab the bar and pull your lats as hard as u can with your glutes still engaged and chin tucked, then press your quads and stand straight up and fuck the bar, like smack ur dick against the bar. It engages the legs the best.

On squats, SSB or not, make sure ur chest is staying upright, ur hips are opened, and you have ur back contracted super hard. Also, if ur sticking point in your squat is around 1/4 to 1/2 way up, try doing 1.5 rep squats like I'm doing here so u can target that especially hard.
