Good news: new tattoo
Bad news: I'm having surgery again. After this next one there will be nothing left of my reproductive system and I'll be in medical menopause and starting hormones.
This is a tremendously big hit for me, I really never wanted to go under again and I'm really fucking sad but also happy because this is what I ultimately need in order to get my life back. It's really complex emotions.
I'm not sure what else to say, it's been nearly a year waiting for this shit to end. I'm sorry y'all. A bit longer.

I’ve had a total of 4 surgeries for the same area of issues, 3 of which were from May 2021-Jan 2022. My final surgery in January was an abdominal hysterectomy, finalizing the removal of nearly the entirety of my reproductive system. I've got just my right ovary now, not even a sliver of my cerv was left behind 😢
As of now, I am done with surgeries and showing no signs of needing anymore!
That said, my stomach is FUCKED up, I’ve got a lot of different scars now, some of which are more noticeable than others.
I’ve also got something called toasted skin syndrome (yes- and my bones are made of glass lul) but basically after a year straight of severe pelvic pain and heavy usage of a heating pad, I’ve got some interesting skin pigmentation issues. These may or may not clear up. Oh well. Sucks to Succ.
I’m working on weaning off of the pain medications, which, after long term usage like I needed, is not exactly a fun time. I'm really struggling with just basic function right now but it should only be a few more weeks of this before we're back to business as usual.
I'm also starting up PT very soon, we are actually hoping it won't be more than 2 years of physical therapy to get me out of the wheelchair!! Exciting stuff, yo. I can shake ass but can't walk, life is weird.

First, as usual, fucking THANK YOU for sticking by me, I'm just amazed at those of you who are still here supporting while things are so slow. If you're waiting to hear back from me via snap, I'm sorry!!! I'm so overloaded with pain and being sick from the percs, I'm going to catch up as soon as possible xx I've so many messages and just really overwhelmed with everything that's happening.
I've healed really well since the last operation, but unfortunately my pain is still the same and extremely high. The next surgery, which ideally should be the last, is Jan 4th and I'm just buckling down and trying to stay strong until then. In case you missed it, the surgery will be to remove my uterus and left ovary. All I will have left after this is my right ovary!
I've been in and out of the ER several times, all the scans you can think of, and they just can't figure out what to do for me other than tell me to hold tight until I have the operation. I've got the plan to contact my surgeon tomorrow morning first thing, but I doubt there's much they'll be able to offer considering how soon all my pre op appointments are anyways.
On another not as fun note, I am still really struggling with pain when I orgasm. I don't even have the luxury of just playing with my clit, even, and it's been really hard for me because I so desperately want to get back to normal and have so much drive, but I just can't take the pain. I have been actively avoiding sexual content because the inability to have release is just so difficult for me :c
I'm really hoping I'll have the energy to get some pics in the week before surgery so we can see how everything changes on my stomach afterwards, but I just don't think I'll be able to play with myself whatsoever before the next operation.
