I'm almost at my biggest size too I think and it feels amazing!!!! Did these DB Shoulder Presses with 125 thinking the 130's might be too much. Pssshhh, should've used the 130's. Oh well, next time!

Key is not to go down too far so that you are stretching your tendons and ligaments in your chest and shoulders. Also, I have been trying to learn more about the site so I will have photo sets with possible videos soon. You know, a little more revealing then the regular posts. Keep an eye out for it!!!

If you want more like this or want to to train exactly like I do message me for more info on how to make it happen. Every exercise I do is indiscriminate to gender and age. Anyone can do the same exercises I do you just have to choose your own SMART weight range. Every exercise I do and the way I do them have a purpose and each exercise interacts with every other exercise to give you maximum results for that specific workout. Always heavy mass builder to start with drop sets at the end. 2nd and 3rd set are superset. Higher rep range with increasing weight throughout. 3 and 4th set are also superset. Also higher rep range with increasing weight throughout.

I think I'm fine because I did get vaccinated and I feel fine but I think you are supposed to wait 5 days after exposure if you are vaccinated. Anyway, Wednesday I did do triceps by themselves. Triceps I only do 4 total sets. One strength and mass set, a superset and then a single set by itself. This is my last set. I actually made this attachment myself. It's pretty awesome for lots of exercises but specifically cable kickbacks.

When I do supersets or any set really after my mass building set I got for 15, 12 and 10 reps. Here I did Dumbbell Front Raise accompanied by Cable Upright Rows using Handles.

Here is one of my supersets from the workout. If you are looking for new ways to workout and exercise routines send me a private message. I'll video every exercise I do each day and you can do the same workouts that I do. You of course choose your own weight but you'll be able to see the proper form for exercises and which exercises compliment each other in a workout. Also added a post workout flex session as a bonus.

But I did recently do my first bodybuilding show in a very long time. Weighed in at 160lbs. Smallest I have been since I was in high school. Going to try to do daily posts of exerecises, workout tips and nutrition information.
