Happy Monday! I am alive! I was completely out sick the past couple weeks. I caught a terrible flu and was down for the count. But I'm back up and finally feeling like myself once again! And back to our regular scheduled programing lol. In order to celebrate, I wanted to share some of my favorite snaps from my performance from the New York Burlesque Festival that happened this past fall. We finally got the photos back and I couldnt be more thrilled. It was the first time i performed in NYC and i had the time of my life that weekend. Happy New Year everyone! In order to celebrate the new year finally getting here, I wanted to share this special little strip tease for free for all of you 💋 This was actually the very first burlesque number I recorded when quarantine just happened. We had just gotten word that all in-person shows and performances were cancelled until further noticed. Thats when we all thought the pandemic would only last a couple weeks. Gosh were we all naive lol. Well for my very first online show, I decided to experiment with something new film a completely improved dance. Cuz honestly, i thought it was gonna be easy. But man is it hard to transfer this kind of art form that I'm used to doing in front of a live audience, into a digital medium. It took me all night to film and a lot of crying later, but this was the end result. This little tease was special to me not only cuz it was a lot of hard work to figure out, but it also cuz this was the first of what turned out to be a whole new life style. It turned out to a milestone to say the least. So i think it turned out rather cute. ANYWAY! What do you think? What did you like about it? Should I share more like this? Hello and merry holidays everyone!
I hope your seasonal blessings have been abundant this year :) For the last digital show I was a part of, I decided to do something a little different and play a little game with you all. This game is pretty simple and called Guess That Mime! Where I mime out the lyrics to a song and you get to guess what song it is. Each answer will be revealed right after it plays once through. This months theme was Christmas of course, so all songs will be holiday themed. Let me know your guesses in the comments, I'd love to see if you got them right!
