When I started practicing, my hips were tight- so I would feel a lot of pressure in my knees- and it didn’t feel good so I definitely don’t advise any beginners trying it. Now, I love it; great stretch for the hips and the bind helps open up my very tight shoulders. Bakasana- Crane Pose This was the first “cool” pose I was able to do, so it holds some sentimental value to me. Arm balances can be tricky, but for a second there, you feel like you’re flying🕊. I used to think this pose was impossible in a hot yoga class, when you’re drenched in sweat, but it’s very possible. Most people put the inside of the knee on the outside of the triceps; using the arms as some type of kick stand with minimal core engagement. To do it properly, the knees should be directly on the triceps as far up the arm as you can. All the way up to the armpits is ideal. You’re pushing away from the ground, and instead of collapsing all the weight on the arms, you’re sucking in the stomach (uddiyana bandha) and engaging the deep core muscles. Pretty soon, I’ll be starting yoga tutorials- breaking down certain poses and how to do them. If you have a certain pose in mind, let me know! Let’s get strong together 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

40 Minute All Levels Vinyasa Subscription is free but tips are gladly appreciated 🥰 This is a very basic flow that pretty much anyone can do. It’s great when you’re crunched on time and just want to get some energy flowin’/ break a sweat 💦 I look forward to posting longer/ more difficult classes, but this one was kind of a test trial for me, as I have never recorded a class before. I learned a lot; I definitely need- 1) A new phone- it decided to turn off and stop recording half way so I had to re record. FUN! 2) A new roommate- decided to barge in during the middle of the recording and bang every single dish/ slam every drawer. Luckily, this was during the part where my phone stopped recording. The videos will only get better from here, so do the yoga and give me some feedback if you’d like, enjoy 😊

I recorded my first yoga class today and there were definitely some technical difficulties😂. At some point my phone turned off and stopped recording, so after finishing the class, I had to to re-record part of the class. Also, for some odd reason, my my roommate came home and decided to bang every single dish in the house and slam every single cabinet. So that was nice and not distracting at all. I’m currently trying to stitch the video together and see if it’s salvageable. I learned a lot though today. Most importantly, I had a blast. I haven’t taught a yoga class since October, so it wasn’t perfect, and I definitely tripped over some words, but it reminded me of how much fun teaching is. It might take me a little bit to get this filming thing down, but I’d say we’re off to a good start! Oh and by the way, Fuck my roommate😂

Down dog; Adho Mukha Svanasana 🐶 A resting pose- but if you have tight hamstrings/shoulders, it could feel like anything BUT a resting pose😂 More reason to practice it, though. Its easy to get complacent by solely doing things in life that come easy to you. I’ve found that committing to challenging stuff results in the most growth. That’s what brought me to yoga💪🏼 Side note: this is why I practice at home these days- if you’ve ever practiced in the nude, makes it real hard to want to go back to the studio 🔥

Mental Health 🧠 My mental health was a big reason for me making an Only Fans. I’ve suffered from anxiety and depression my whole life. The anxiety has been a constant, but the depression comes and goes. It hasn’t been easy, but I’ve made it work; then the pandemic came. When I think of my life right before COVID, things were good and I was fairly happy. I cut ties with certain people who didn’t have my best interest at mind and I had a pretty good job that took me to some exciting places. My anxiety was there, but it was do-able. I felt like I was on the verge of something good- so of course, the world decided to take a dump. I think what did me in was a combination of the uncertainty, losing my job, and a toxic (roommate) living situation during quarantine. Being inside the house for all of those months did not sit well with me, especially not being able to socialize. Gives you a lot of time to think. Sometimes you think you’re no longer affected by certain past things in life; but when you have all of the time in the world to think- you might find out that it isn’t the case after all. When things started to open up again, I realized that being around people again was making me feel over stimulated- I felt like I had developed agoraphobia. My anxiety was at an all time high. I would get a panic attack while doing the simplest things like going to the grocery store. I’ve had a few jobs these past couple of years, but ended up getting fired from all of them because of my anxiety. My boss/coworkers at all of these jobs were very nice, actually. They knew what I was going through and really worked with me/helped me out, but at the end of the day, business is business and it was becoming a burden for them. I get it, I take full accountability for my situation and I’m grateful for them for being so kind. Never been one for medication, but it seemed like I had no choice. Part of me thought that it would be the solution to my problem, but it really is just a bandaid on a wound; it definitely helps, but it’s not a fix-all. I worked for my dads construction company afterwards because, well, he’s my dad and knows what I am going through. He doesn’t fully understand it, but he knows it’s a real problem and allows me to work around it. The only thing is; it’s not easy to work with parents (at least in my situation). My dad is extremely cheap and expects meticulous work. He does not pay a live-able wage. In a way, I feel like he knows that with my current situation, I really don’t have much of a choice- so he takes advantage of that to an extent. I don’t appreciate that, especially from my dad, so I’ve been exploring other options. That’s what has led me here, in a way. At the moment, I am speaking with a therapist to really get to the root of my anxiety, but it’s hard to get a good therapist. For the time being, I think it would be best if I worked remotely, so I’m hoping this site works out. I really am writing from the heart, and to be honest, it feels really good to write these things out. I’ve never really done so before and it’s rather therapeutic, but if you don’t want to hear this type of stuff, please let me know. I won’t be offended :) This isn’t a sob story or some type of sympathy campaign so that people can feel bad for me and subscribe; I prefer not to wallow in self pity. I love my life very much and I have so much to be grateful for. I just feel like a lot of people are going through similar situations and I don’t want people to feel like they are alone. I am here for you 24/7. If life feels like too much and you need someone to talk to, don’t hesitate. I am a good listener and I come from a place of understanding. Mental health is important. You matter. You are important -and if I could help in any way, it would be my honor💜

First Post Alert🚨 Alright, so it’s actually been somewhat of a journey to even get on here. My previous drivers license was all beat up so I had a hard time getting approved. I ended up having to go to the DMV (which is a terrible place- 1/10 hope to never go back🤞🏼) to get a new license. The first day I went to the DMV the line was out the door, down a flight of stairs, and wrapped around a good portion of the building. It kind of reminded me of Universal Studios, except there was no ride and everyone was miserable. After 3 hours of waiting (& the line barely moving) the DMV bouncer dude comes out saying the internet is down- no drivers license services available. AWESOME, I went home. Next day, I showed up bright n early and still ended up having to wait in another 3 hour line. It was a real pain in the ass, but after it was done, I felt accomplished. The picture came out decent as well 🙂. So here we are, there’s a good chance that you probably don’t care at all about my shitty DMV story, but I figured I’d share it just to let y’all know the things I did to get on here, because I really do want to be here. I’ve always liked social media, but a lot of platforms aren’t as personal as I’d like them to be. I really enjoy making genuine and meaningful connections with people, so I think that this would be a great place to do that. I am here for you; so you tell me what you want to see/hear more of.
