

Ardha Baddha Padmottanasana One of the first few poses of the Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series. When I started practicing, my hips were tight- so I would feel a lot of pressure in my knees- and it didn’t feel good so I definitely don’t advise any beginners trying it. Now, I love it; great stretch for the hips and the bind helps open up my very tight shoulders.
