I misplaced my weight belt but that brings up an important point.
Work on improving your core strength and only wear the weight belt for the heavy sets and then immediately take it off afterwards go without a weight belt as often as possible and do core strengthening exercises at least two to three times per week.

Hate Doing dedicated core or abdominal workouts?
I totally understand here is a great life hack that can help...
Strengthening your core is not just to look good but actually helps with lower back pain and your posture and I’ll kinds of other issues…
But sitting down and just doing abs for a while can be sort of a pain in the butt LOL
So what I often do like in this video is I do ab exercises while I’m doing something else.
For example while I was riding the bike today like in this video I was Sucking in and flexing my abdominal muscles while riding the bike and holding it for 15 20 or 30 seconds… Then releasing and catching my breath and then doing it again a minute later.
Plus while I was training my chest in between sets I was doing little core exercises.
Message me or comment if you want some good core exercises to do like this ??
Would you agree that dialing in your health and wellness could also benefit the way you show up in the lives of those you serve within your business/job?

How often should I do core training? Especially if I want to see my abs?
Do I need to cut out all carbs?

Anyone else missing their local Gym???
?Vacation Challenges/ Adventures...
?One of the greatest gifts of getting into shape - is - building a body that can move and adventure and have fun!
?One of the ways I love to express this is when I am on vacation.
?I love to go for a run - or try out a new local gym and meat the people and get in a good workout of some kind - while on vacation.
?So on this day - while some of the gang went shopping... I tied on some running shoes - and took off towards this mountain while we were on vacation.
?I found trails and just ran up the mountain.... OMG it was beautiful! The Views!
?The different perspective.
?The Feeling of Freedom and Adventures.
?The Challenge of it.
?The gratitude for building a body that could do it.
?The character I built when I got lost and ended up running an extra hour trying to figure out how to find my way back down the other side of the mountain.
?The rewarding feeling afterwards.
And so much more...
?The cocktails with Family and Friends that night tasted that much better...
?You have to try it.
?Getting in shape gives you a Whole New Lease on Life!

♥️What is your plan today for exercise?
?It doesn’t have to be a lot… It could be a 20 or 30 minute walk and then some stretching afterwards.
?It could be doing planks and some simple core work for 15 minutes followed by a 15 minute walk.
?By the way have you tried battle ropes yet you can get them inexpensively on Amazon they’re easy to carry out into the driveway wrap around a pole or a tree and get a great workout in 15 minutes or less.
♥️Whatever it is go for it just do it don’t think about it and give yourself time to make excuses.
